How to make a complaint

For any complaints, please email our senior management team directly at This will then be reviewed by the senior management team as soon as possible, and we will reach out to let you know our findings.

Our complaint resolution times

We aim to provide a complaint resolution as fast as possible in all instances, however it is possible there may be delays dependant on the nature of the complaint. We strive to provide a resolution within 24-48 hours of the complaint receipt, and you will be notified within these hours if we have to extend this at all.
